Bush attacks Kerry for voting against weapons like the AH-64 Apache helicopter, the M-1 Abrams Tank and the F-14 and F-16 aircraft -- all weapons that Cheney proposed cancelling. Cheney may feel as though Bush considers him to be an opponent of "weapons vital to winning the war on terror" (i.e., a pussy) and is now retaliating. Cheney may have ulterior motives.
