Me too, I wish they'd get ripe faster. Thanks for those links, NY Minute. Trouble is, this stuff will tend to bounce off Bush just like it has since 1994... "He served and received and honorable discharge." Can you tell I'm a little pessimistic that Bush can be dislodged? You and I both know that it is an outrage for a chickenhawk like Bush to order thousands of troops to face death and devastating injury after being so cowardly himself, then having the gaul to portray himself as a steady, decisive leader. Is there any effective way this argument is going to get out there after Kerry purged the Democratic peace wing (leaving the peace field to Bush) and then absurdly saying "yes" when asked if he'd vote for war in Iraq knowing what he knows now.

I hope to God I'm wrong and Steve Gilliard is right.

Beautiful tomatoes. I'm salivating. This is kind off the topic, but it's really on the topic: Have you heard the news? Ben Barnes, former Lt. Gov. of Texas, has come forward and taken responsibility for getting George W. into the Texas Air National Guard. You can find the article in the Washington Post. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A60319-2004Sep3.html
Or see the video yourself at http://www.austin4kerry.org/Barnes/index.htm.
