		<description>Didn't Antonio Juhasz and Larry Everest discuss the role of one Abdel Mhadi? He is currently an unmandated minister for resources (not exactly certain of his role) in Iraq who was once quoted as saying with glee that the privatization of Iraq's oil resources would be good fro American oil companies. Mahdi is the Administration's oil man in the IGC, I believe, and I am not entirely sure whether any layman Iraqi has ever heard of him. HE is one of those "ex-pats" who kind of slipped into a positoon of power, trojan horse-like, when Bremer was in-situ. This is classic hegemony.</description>
