		<description>I am stunned by this latest travesty of law, if you can call it law. Where are the checks and balances; where are the protests? What's next on the horizon? Without the 800 year old writ of Habeas Corpus we are certainly doomed. In my home country of Britain now, Blair has drafted in some draconian law to prevent "incitement" to terrorism. That is, if anyone is felt to either glorify or encourage terrorism he or she can be indicted. Never mind the fact that under such a law just about anything may be deemed "glorification" or "encouragement" seems not to matter to Blair. THis is also very disturbing since it undermines free speech and critical debate. Lord help us all.</description>
